The room at Fenix Inn was cozy and comfortable, with a seating area and air conditioning. It made me feel right at home, which was perfect for a family stay.

Located in a bustling suburbian area, the hotel is conveniently situated right next to Nova shopping mall with plenty of food options. the place is just out of the city centre, providing a peaceful stay. the rooms are quite spacious with modern decor and polished bathrooms. the service is decent with a friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast boasts a variety of options suitable for all tastes.

The noise from nearby highway can be disruptive and obstruct your peaceful slumber.

The hotel was located in a great spot with easy access to public transport and just a short walk from the city center. the staff proved to be the best and friendliest aspect of the hotel. They were always available to answer questions, provide suggestions and ensure I had everything I needed. the room itself was comfortable and clean, with fresh sheets and towels provided. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a mini-fridge in the room and access to a well-equipped shared kitchen.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike. Perhaps the only small inconvenience was the lack of free parking, but this is a minor issue and there were plenty of affordable parking options nearby.

The hotel was very clean, had fast wifi and transportation was pretty close with a bus stop nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was just out of the city centre and close to Nova shopping mall.
